Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with A Lovely Everyday. We carefully prepare each order so your stationery arrives beautifully and safely.

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days. Processing time does not include weekends, holidays, or carrier transit time.

During launches, sales, holidays, or high-volume periods, processing times may be slightly longer. Thank you for your patience as we prepare your order with care.

Shipping Location

All orders ship from Texas.

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your order weight, destination, and selected shipping method.

Free standard shipping may be available during select promotions or on qualifying orders, if stated at checkout.

Estimated Delivery Times

Once your order has shipped, standard U.S. delivery is typically estimated at 3–7 business days, depending on your location and the shipping carrier.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, holidays, or other circumstances outside our control.

Tracking Information

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information, when available.

Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear after your package has been accepted by the carrier.

Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order.

A Lovely Everyday is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout. If you notice an error, please contact us as soon as possible. We’ll do our best to help before the order ships, but we cannot guarantee changes once an order has been processed.

Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages

Once a package has been handed to the shipping carrier, delivery timing and handling are outside of our control.

If your package appears delayed, lost, or marked as delivered but not received, please contact the shipping carrier first using your tracking number. You are also welcome to contact us, and we’ll do our best to help guide you through the next steps.

A Lovely Everyday is not responsible for stolen packages after they have been marked as delivered by the carrier.

Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 business days of delivery.

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the damaged item
  • Photos of the packaging

We’ll review the issue and do our best to make it right.

Preorders or Special Launch Items

If your order includes a preorder, limited release, or special launch item, shipping timelines may vary and will be noted in the product listing.

If an order includes both in-stock and preorder items, the order may ship together once all items are ready, unless otherwise stated.
