All sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds, except in cases where the incorrect item was received.
Thank you for shopping with A Lovely Everyday. We hope each item you receive brings a little more beauty, intention, and loveliness to your everyday rituals.
Because we are a small shop and many of our items are limited, carefully packed, or part of small-batch releases, all sales are final.
Returns
At this time, we do not accept returns.
Please review all product details, photos, sizes, paper types, and descriptions carefully before placing your order. If you have a question about a product before purchasing, we are happy to help.

Refunds
We do not offer refunds for change of mind, ordering the wrong item, incorrect size selection, duplicate purchases, or buyer’s remorse.
Once an order has been placed, we begin preparing it with care and cannot guarantee cancellations or changes.
Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges at this time.
If you need help choosing between notebooks, covers, paper types, page counts, or Traveler’s Notebook-compatible items before placing an order, please reach out. We would be happy to help you select the best fit.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
While all sales are final, we want your order to arrive correctly and safely.
Please inspect your order when it arrives. If your item is damaged, defective, or you received the wrong item, contact us within 3 business days of delivery.
Please include:
- Your order number
- A brief description of the issue
- Photos of the item
- Photos of the packaging
Once reviewed, we will determine the best next step, which may include a replacement, shop credit, or refund at our discretion.
Shipping Issues
A Lovely Everyday is not responsible for packages that are delayed, lost, stolen, or marked as delivered by the shipping carrier.
If your package appears delayed or is marked as delivered but not received, please contact the carrier first using your tracking number. You are also welcome to contact us, and we will do our best to help guide you through the next steps.
Order Cancellations
We cannot guarantee order cancellations once an order has been placed.
If you need to request a cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible at [your email address here]. If your order has already been processed, packed, or shipped, it cannot be canceled.
One legal-adjacent caveat: for online merchandise orders in the U.S., sellers generally need a reasonable basis for advertised shipping times; if an order cannot ship within the promised timeframe, or within 30 days when no timeframe is stated, the customer may need to be notified and offered cancellation/refund options for unshipped merchandise.
