Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 3–10 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.

During launches, sales, holidays, or high-volume periods, processing times may be slightly longer. We appreciate your patience as we carefully prepare and package your order.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your order weight, package size, shipping destination, and selected shipping method.

Any available shipping options will be shown before you complete your purchase.

Domestic Shipping

We currently ship within the United States.

Estimated delivery times vary based on the shipping carrier and destination. Once your package has been handed over to the carrier, delivery timelines are outside of our direct control.

International Shipping

We are happy to ship internationally to select countries.

International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your order weight, package size, destination, and available shipping method. Delivery timelines vary by country and carrier, and international orders may take longer to arrive due to customs processing.

Please note that customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, taxes, import charges, or additional fees required by their country. These charges are not included in our product or shipping prices and are not collected by A Lovely Everyday at checkout unless otherwise stated.

A Lovely Everyday is not responsible for delays caused by customs, international carrier processing, or incorrect shipping information.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you will receive tracking information by email.

Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear after your shipping label has been created.

Lost, Delayed, or Missing Packages

A Lovely Everyday is not responsible for shipping delays caused by the carrier, weather, holidays, incorrect addresses, or other circumstances outside of our control.

If your package appears lost or significantly delayed, please contact the shipping carrier directly using your tracking number. You are also welcome to reach out to us, and we will do our best to help guide you through the next steps.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order.

A Lovely Everyday is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout. If you notice an address error after placing your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to update the address before your order ships, but we cannot guarantee changes once processing has begun.

Returned Packages

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempt, or refusal of delivery, the customer may be responsible for any additional shipping costs required to resend the package.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Damaged Items

We take care when packaging your order, but if your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 72 Hours of delivery.

Please include your order number and photos of the damaged item and packaging so we can review the issue and assist you.
