Thank you for shopping with A Lovely Everyday. We hope each piece you receive brings a little more beauty, order, and intention to your everyday life.

Please review our returns and refunds policy before placing your order.

All Sales Are Final

At this time, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations.

Because many of our items are small-batch, limited quantity, seasonal, or part of special collections, all sales are considered final once an order is placed.

Exception: Incorrect Item Received

If you receive the incorrect item, please contact us within 72 Hours of delivery so we can review and help make it right.

Please include:

  • Your order number

  • A photo of the item you received

  • A photo of the packing slip or packaging, if available

  • A brief description of the issue

Once we review your request, we will provide next steps.

Damaged or Imperfect Items

We carefully inspect and package orders before shipping. Some products may include natural material variation, small cosmetic differences, or handmade details, especially leather goods and items listed as Imperfectly Lovely or IMPERFECT.

Items sold as imperfect, sample, final sale, or discounted due to cosmetic flaws are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund unless the incorrect item was received.

Refunds

Refunds are only issued if A Lovely Everyday determines that an incorrect item was sent and a replacement or other resolution is not available.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow time for your bank or payment provider to process the refund.

Shipping Costs

Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

If a replacement is needed due to an incorrect item being sent, A Lovely Everyday will provide instructions for the next steps.
