A Lovely Everyday Collabs Program Rules

The A Lovely Everyday Collabs Program is designed to be simple: share A Lovely Everyday when it genuinely makes sense for you, and earn commission on qualifying purchases you refer through your affiliate links.

In accordance with the FTC guidance on gifting, participation does not require you to publish a post, create a specific deliverable, or provide a positive review.

These rules apply to participation in the A Lovely Everyday Collabs Program through Shopify Collabs and supplement the applicable Shopify Collabs terms, policies, and program requirements.

Eligibility + Relationship

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to participate in the program.

Affiliate participation does not create an employment, agency, partnership, joint venture, or exclusive relationship with A Lovely Everyday, nor does it authorize you to act on behalf of the brand.

No Posting Requirement

Participation in the Affiliate Program does not require you to:

publish a post, Reel, video, Story, article, email, or other content;
publish on a particular schedule;
create a specific number of pieces of content;
provide a positive review;
follow required talking points or a campaign brief; or
give A Lovely Everyday ownership or special usage rights to your content.

You choose whether, when, and how you would like to share A Lovely Everyday.

If we ever invite you into a separate opportunity involving required content, deadlines, paid work, exclusivity, special usage rights, or another specific commitment, that opportunity will be handled separately.

Commission + Attribution

The current commission rate, attribution window, qualifying products, payout timing, and other commercial details are shown in the active A Lovely Everyday program or offer within Shopify Collabs.

Commissions are earned only on qualifying transactions recognized through the applicable Shopify Collabs program settings.

Returns, cancellations, fraud, disputes, reversals, invalid transactions, and similar adjustments may affect commissions.

Share Honestly

If you choose to share A Lovely Everyday, please speak from your genuine experience and opinion.

Do not make false, misleading, unsupported, or deceptive claims about A Lovely Everyday, our products, materials, performance, availability, pricing, or company.

We do not require a positive review or false endorsement.

Disclose Your Relationship

If you recommend, feature, tag, link to, or otherwise endorse A Lovely Everyday in connection with your affiliate relationship, make that relationship clear and easy for your audience to understand.

The Federal Trade Commission (FTC) requires material connections between endorsers and brands to be disclosed clearly and conspicuously. Affiliate commissions are a material connection. Complimentary or discounted products can also create a material connection if you choose to feature or endorse them.

For affiliate links, the FTC recommends straightforward language that makes it clear that you may earn money from purchases made through your links. The disclosure should appear close to the recommendation or affiliate link and should be easy for your audience to notice and understand.

You are responsible for following applicable FTC guidance, other advertising and endorsement laws, platform rules, and any local requirements that apply to you.

Affiliate Links, Codes + Brand Materials

Affiliate links, discount codes, product information, images, logos, trademarks, and other A Lovely Everyday materials should be used only as authorized and for legitimate promotion of A Lovely Everyday.

Please do not use A Lovely Everyday branding in a misleading or confusing way or in a manner that suggests a relationship with the brand beyond your actual affiliate participation.

Unless separately approved in writing, A Lovely Everyday trademarks may not be used in paid-search bidding, domain names, social handles, impersonation accounts, or misleading coupon or deal pages.

Prohibited Conduct

Affiliate participation may not be used for:

fraudulent or fabricated transactions;
self-dealing or manipulation of tracking;
spam;
deceptive coupon or promotional tactics;
false or misleading claims;
impersonation;
unlawful activity; or
other conduct that creates material customer, platform, legal, or reputational risk for A Lovely Everyday.

What Affiliate Participation Does Not Automatically Include

Joining the Affiliate Program does not automatically include:

complimentary product;
paid sponsorship;
custom content or deliverables;
exclusivity;
guaranteed reposting or features;
content licensing or paid-media rights;
product collaborations; or
future paid work.

Those opportunities are separate and may have their own terms.

Complimentary Product

From time to time, A Lovely Everyday may separately choose to send complimentary product to selected creators.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, complimentary product is provided with no obligation to post, publish, review, endorse, or create content and no requirement for a positive review.

If you voluntarily share or endorse a complimentary product, please clearly disclose that the product was provided by A Lovely Everyday.

Receiving complimentary product does not guarantee future gifts, features, paid work, sponsorships, collaborations, or other opportunities.

Program Changes + Participation

A Lovely Everyday may update, pause, restrict, or end the Affiliate Program or an affiliate's participation when reasonably necessary, subject to applicable Shopify Collabs functionality and any accrued payment obligations.
